All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital designs (including the "Hustle Culture," "Eleventh," and "The Dorm Room" brand assets seen in product images) is the property of OkHit Media Ltd (RC 1926885) or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, republishing, selling, sub-licensing, or commercially exploiting any material from our Site without our prior written consent.

4. Products and Pricing

Product Display: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be entirely accurate.

Pricing: All prices are listed and processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product.

Accuracy: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

5. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.

Payment: By submitting an order, you guarantee that the payment details provided are valid and correct. This action authorizes OkHit Media Ltd to charge your debit/credit card or chosen payment method for the full order amount.

Cancellation: As our products are custom-printed on demand, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the production process. Consumers have the right to cancel advance bookings, subject to reasonable charges as permitted by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).

6. Shipping and Delivery

Service Area: This Site is for the delivery of products to customers within Nigeria only.

Delivery Times: We will process and ship orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times (e.g., 1-3 business days for Lagos, 3-7 business days for other states) are not guaranteed.

Liability: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., force mature, logistics disruptions, traffic).

7. Refund and Return Policy

Return Window: We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: In compliance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to a refund or replacement for defective or misrepresented goods. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or for:

Items marked "Final Sale."

Custom-printed or personalised items (such as the graphic tees and apparel featured on our store) unless they are defective or incorrect.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or threatening activity.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations of Nigeria.

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

Upload any material that is offensive, obscene, indecent, or depicts violence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OkHit Media Ltd (RC 1926885) shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including loss of profits or revenue) in connection with this agreement or your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OkHit Media Ltd (RC 1926885), its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all losses, damages, actions, claims, and liabilities (including legal costs) which may arise directly or indirectly from your breach of these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within Lagos State, Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
